Body Wash: Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Exfoliant: Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into DRY skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure best results before rinsing.
WARNING: If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse well with warm water immediately.

Wow!
I cant believe I have put up with keratosis Polaris for so many years when I could have just tried this.I have been using the bundle for 2 weeks now and I cant believe the difference in my arms. Theres hardly any redness and my skin is actually smooth!!! Im so happy, Im getting married in September and was so worried about my arms. Thank you ameliorate for bringing back my confidence.
