Body Wash: Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Exfoliant: Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure best results before rinsing.
Body Lotion: Apply twice daily for 4 weeks for bumpy skin and very dry skin. Then apply daily to maintain skin's condition. Apply daily for normal skin.
WARNING: If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse well with warm water immediately.
